By uploading image content to WritonAI, you acknowledge that your photos will be processed by third-party AI service providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling your photoshoot generation request.

3. Accounts and Identity

WritonAI is built for maximum speed and friction-free user experience:

• No account creation is required to utilize our high-resolution generation workspace.
• We do not collect personal identifiers, billing credentials, or social linkages.
• Any temporary workspace data is kept strictly private and scoped to your local browser session.

4. Technical Information & Cookies

When interacting with our website, our servers automatically record standard technical network logs:

• IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and timestamp headers.
• Essential browser local storage keys used strictly to preserve your active photoshoot session and order status.

• Generating and delivering your 10-scene commercial product photoshoot.
• Delivering high-resolution 2K digital downloads completely free.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted third-party technology providers to operate our service:

• Google Gemini API: Core generative AI vision and image rendering infrastructure.
• Cloud Storage Infrastructure: Temporary storage hosting for uploaded product assets and generated download packages.

7. Storage of Generated Images & Data Retention

Uploaded product images and generated photoshoot outputs are stored temporarily on encrypted cloud infrastructure to enable watermarked previews and download package assembly.

Sessions are pruned automatically after operational completion (typically within 24 hours of generation). We recommend downloading your generated image assets immediately after creation.
