WritonAI operates as a friction-free pay-as-you-go service. You may submit images as a guest user. You are responsible for maintaining control over the active session link or order ID provided upon generation.
3. Product Uploads & User Content Responsibility
Mandatory Ownership Requirement: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to upload, process, and commercialize every product photo submitted to WritonAI.
You agree that you will not upload any content that infringes upon third-party trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, or trade secrets.
4. Intellectual Property & AI-Generated Outputs
You are granted full commercial rights to download, publish, display, distribute, and use your generated final photoshoot images across e-commerce marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, etc.), marketing campaigns, and advertising materials.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, create, or request imagery containing:
- Explicit adult, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material.
- Weapons, explosives, illicit narcotics, or illegal substances.
- Hate speech, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or violent content.
- Counterfeit products or deceitful brand impersonations intended to mislead consumers.
WritonAI reserves the right to automatically flag or reject prompts and image submissions that violate our safety filters.
